Quick Backstory:

I grew up in a home shaped by divorce, emotional instability, and unspoken needs.
I learned early what it looked like to abandon yourself to try to keep love and feel lost when you didn't feel chosen...

So I repeated those patterns — settling, over-giving, performing, and twisting myself to be “chosen.”

On the outside, I looked strong.
On the inside, I felt unworthy, anxious, and disconnected from myself.

The turning point wasn’t leaving a relationship... (although that is what sent me on this journey, but more on that later)...

The turning point was choosing myself for the first time.

Learning how to:

• Love myself deeply
• Trust my own inner guidance
• Soften into my feminine energy
• Feel safe simply being me

When I did that... my entire life opened.

How I Met My Husband Wasn’t Magic... It Was Alignment

I didn’t “get lucky.”

I became the woman who was ready for the kind of love I wanted.

Because I chose myself first, I attracted a partner who enhances the life I love... not one I need to escape into.

For the last seven years, we’ve built a deeply supportive, passionate, and playful partnership...

Traveling the world with two suitcases, building businesses together, navigating illness and uncertainty, laughing through chaos, growing through discomfort, and celebrating the most beautiful seasons of our lives.

And I don’t believe the honeymoon stage has to fade.

Ours hasn’t.
